Kindly note that all rooms are upon request and availability on the time of the contact, as no rooms can be booked or blocked without the required guarantees. Special offer for the Wedding with code “ Priscilla & Yann ” .

Booking Procedure: Kindly note, that if the guests would like to book their room directly to the hotel, via email or telephone, it is important to provide us with the event’s code: “ Priscilla and Yann ” in order to be privileged with the above special rates offered to you.

All rooms will be upon request and availability at the time of contact. Please note that the above special rates and offer does not apply to bookings made from any online reservation system (booking.com, website’s online booking system etc) Event date : 13/07/2026

Special Event Rate per room per night for a minimum duration of 2 continues nights stay

Single room (for 1 person) 130.00 Euros + 10.00 Resilience Fee

Double room* (for 2 people) 150.00 Euros + 10.00 Resilience Fee

*Minimum Length of stay for offer to apply: 2 continues night’s stay per room reserved. In case of less than 2 nights stay per room booked, please note that there will be an additional 10% charge per room booked.

ROOM DESCRIPTION: * Double rooms are comprised of a double bed 1.40X2.00.

INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATES:

Above rates include Buffet Breakfast (during the operating hours of the buffet breakfast), VAT and City tax (as they apply today); should taxes increase or new taxes be added, please note that rates will increase accordingly and payment of the difference (or the new addition) will have to be settled latest upon arrival at the hotel

NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROOMS RATES:

~ The Government AETA tax (Resilience Fee), applying as of 05/12/2024, according to the state legislation, Law No. 5162 (Government Gazette A' 198), is set as follows: from April to October, €10.00 per room per night, and from November to March, €3.00 per room per night. In the case of an increase or the introduction of new taxes, the prices will increase accordingly, without prior notice, and the difference settlement must be made by the guest or your company before arrival at the hotel. Resilience fee will have to be settled upon final payment of the reservation (as specified below). In case of fewer overnight stays, the tax difference will be refunded MINUS ALL banking charges.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for rooms booked and paid by each guest (applying for independent bookings or extensions of stay):- Upon and for confirmation a deposit of the 1 nights per room booked (plus all bank expenses) is required via e-banking, per room booked latest by the option date given upon each specific request. st- Remaining balance will have to be settled upon arrival at the hotel.- The Government Tax of 10.00€ per room per night amount which is NOT included to the above rates and must be settled separately upon arrival at the hotel in cash.- In case of a written amendment and/or cancelation sent to the hotel latest 20 days prior the first arranged arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, after the deduction of the difference for the rooms that will be staying for less than 2 continues night’s stay (where applicable), and minus all bank or other expenses.- In case of a written amendment and/or cancelation sent to the hotel in less than 20 days prior the first arranged arrival date, the 1 nights cost per room will be charged and held as cancellation/amendment fees and the room will be released from our system. The remaining balance of the room’s payment, and after the deduction of the difference for the rooms that will be staying for less than 2 continues night’s stay (if applicable) will be refunded minus all bank or other expenses. st- In case of non-show, the 1 nights cost per room will be charged and held as non-show fees and room/s will automatically be released from our system. st- Upon arrival and after the check in the reservation cannot be amended, cannot be cancelled and the total cost of the reservation is non-refundable in all cases As the period of your interest is really high on demand for reservation you can contact us the soonest possible for availability of rooms.
