Kindly note that, the check-in time is at 15:00 and the check-out time is at 11:00.

Payments to the Hotel shall be made according to the following timetable.  

1^st  deposit 40% of the total cost of stay upon confirmation

2^nd deposit 40% of the total cost of stay until March.

Settlement 10 days before arrival

In case of  cancellation the deposits will be neither balanced nor returnable.

In case of any cancellation starting from  1^st deposit date, 40%  cancellation fee will apply.

In case of any cancellation starting from 2^nd deposit date, 80%  cancellation fee will apply.

In case of any cancellation from 10 days before arrival,  or no show or unexpected departure, full cancellation fee will apply.

Some further information for you:

1.    Meal Plans

We would like to inform you that Congo Palace has its own Kitchen, so we can offer half and full board prices. We have menu for room service, for pool, for restaurant (a la carte). Depending on what you want, we always prepare an appropriate offer. Of course we can accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies.

2.    Use of Pool (10:30 – 19:00)

In summer months, all of our guests can use the pool from 10:30 to 19:00 for swimming and the pool bar until 22:00 for coffee. Guests can also choose something from Hotel’s pool menu from 10:30 to 21:00 in the evening. Towels are provided free of charge also for our guests. There are several sunbeds that also can be used for free by our guests but cannot be reserved. We also have a lifeguard in order to protect those who swim. However, parents have full responsibility for minors and minors cannot use the pool without guardian.

WiFi is free and strong in all areas of the Hotel.
